Ryland hosts dual grand openings today

Ryland Homes will host grand opening celebrations at its two newest Southern Nevada neighborhoods today from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Capistrano in Summerlin and Loretto Bay in Henderson will both provide free refreshments, tours of their newly decorated model homes and special grand opening pricing.

“We have neighborhoods open throughout Southern Nevada, and are thrilled to debut new ones in both Summerlin and Henderson,” said sales and marketing manager Kelli Cunningham. “We have opened the first phases in both Capistrano and Loretto Bay with special grand opening pricing and incentives, so stop by today and find out how much you can save by being one of our first residents.”

Capistrano is Ryland’s only Summerlin neighborhood that is currently opened for sales. Its Amado Pointe neighborhood was one of its quickest-selling and the builder expects Capistrano to be just as popular. “Capistrano is right near the new Downtown Summerlin, which is scheduled to open this month,” said sales counselor Dee Millich. “And it sits up on a hill just past Red Rock Country Club, so the views are amazing…especially from the rooftop decks.”

Capistrano has four two-story homes available, ranging in size from 2,612 to 3,020 square feet. The homes can be built with up to five bedrooms and up to four baths. Prices start in the low $400s. Every home is available to be built with Ryland’s signature rooftop deck and two of the plans offer three-car garages.

“Only two Ryland neighborhoods in Nevada have three-car garages, so we expect those models to be especially popular,” said Millich. In addition to its garages, homes at Capistrano all include extended exterior living spaces. All four plans include covered front porches and loggias, which are covered patios near the rear of the homes. “Two plans also have optional pocket sliding doors from the main body of the home to the front courtyard. They are all very stylish and functional designs and all have pool-sized home sites.”

Capistrano is a gated neighborhood in Summerlin’s Paseos Village. It is close by Summerlin’s renowned walking trails and Paseos community park, as well as world-class shopping, dining and gaming options.

Both Capistrano and Loretto Bay are offering grand opening incentives. At Capistrano, new homebuyers can receive up to $10,000 towards options and upgrades, plus a gourmet kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a drop-in cooktop, built-in gourmet oven, microwave and dishwasher. At Loretto Bay, new homebuyers can receive a free GE washer and dryer, refrigerator and 2-inch faux-wood blinds throughout the home. Incentives at both communities are available for a limited time.

Loretto Bay offers three floor plans with up to four bedrooms, up to 3 1/2 baths and two-car garages. Every home is Energy Star-certified and prices start at $222,990. The neighborhood of three-story townhomes is near the I-215 beltway, shopping, dining and top-rated schools. Ryland’s signature rooftop decks are included with every home.

Loretto Bay homes include private yards for each residence, a rarity in townhome collections. “It really is the best of both worlds,” said sales counselor Brad Mueller. “You get the efficiency of a townhome with the feel of a single family home.” Amenities at Loretto Bay include a neighborhood pool and clubhouse. Residents will also enjoy the 100-acre Cornerstone Park just across the street from Loretto Bay.
