Ryland showcases amenities

Ryland neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada offer amenities from pools to 15-acre regional parks.

Amado Pointe is the only new-home collection in Summerlin that offers rooftop decks. The collection’s two-story floor plans range from 2,192 to 2,389 square feet and include as many as four bedrooms, as many as 3½ baths and oversized two-car garages.

Amado Pointe residents have their own neighborhood swimming pool, park and two children’s playgrounds.

Summerlin’s new 19-acre Mesa Park is within walking distance and includes tennis and basketball courts, greenbelts, barbecue and picnic areas, a playground and softball fields.

South of Amado Pointe are two Ryland Homes neighborhoods in the Mountain’s Edge master plan: Ryland at Evergreen and Maravilla Vistas.

Ryland at Evergreen includes more amenities than any other Ryland community in Southern Nevada, company officials say.

“In addition to the many parks and open spaces in Mountain’s Edge, Evergreen residents enjoy their own private Club at Yellowstone,” said sales agent Shelly Strait.

The Club at Yellowstone spans three buildings that house a fitness center, locker and meeting rooms, big-screen television, full kitchen and a children’s activity center. Evergreen residents also have access to two swimming pools, toddler wading pool, spa, basketball court, barbecue patio and outdoor play structure.

Evergreen offers four two-story floor plans ranging from 2,588 to 3,529 square feet. The homes can be built with as many as six bedrooms and as many as three baths with three-car garages. The modern plans offer dual master suites, tech areas and walk-in pantries, as well as oversized garages on large homesites. Each plan is available with Ryland’s signature rooftop deck option.

“Maravilla Vistas residents will enjoy the beautiful Nathaniel Jones Park practically right outside their doors,” sales agent Mara Glaser said.

The 20-acre Nathaniel Jones Park recently opened at Mountain’s Edge and includes a lighted basketball court, tot lot with shade structure, children’s water play area with splash pad, turf areas, walking trails and shade structures.

Mountain’s Edge is also home to Exploration Peak, a restored mountain park, and Exploration Park, a Western-themed park at the mountain’s base. The park includes picnic areas, playgrounds, walking trails, replicas of a Western town and Indian village, an archaeological dig site and an outdoor amphitheater.

On the northwest side of town, Ryland has two communities in the Americana-themed Providence master plan. The community spans 1,200 acres with sweeping mountain and city views and is near world-class shopping, dining and services.

Monticello and Verada View in Providence feature Ryland’s signature rooftop decks and are within walking distance of Knickerbocker Park. The 15-acre park includes age-specific children’s playgrounds, swing set, dog park , splash pad, youth baseball field, multiuse events field, jogging path with exercise stations and picnic areas. 

Monticello residents also have their own community pool and tot lot. The neighborhood offers four floor plans, ranging from 1,939 to 2,353 square feet. The two-story homes include as many as five bedrooms and as many as five baths with two-car garages. All are available with Ryland’s signature rooftop deck.

Verada View is one of seven neighborhoods in Southern Nevada that offers rooftop decks. One two-story and four three-story homes range from 1,926 to 2,420 square feet. These unique residences are available with as many as three bedrooms, as many as four baths and two-car garages.

Ryland Homes offers several neighborhoods with their own amenities that aren’t in master plans. Indigo at Hillside neighborhood near Cheyenne Avenue and the western Las Vegas Beltway.

Indigo at Hillside offers homebuyers a choice of three floor plans ranging from 1,863 to 2,031 square feet with as many as four bedrooms. Each home also offers of options (per plan) including dual master bedrooms, kitchen islands, Internet centers and wine cellars.

The neighborhood has its own community park with a swimming pool, playground, basketball court and private barbecue area. Scenic walking trails are also a short distance away.
