Ryland

Ryland Homes is gearing up for a Spooktacular good time tonight with a “Howl at the Moon” event that is open to the public. Tonight from 6 to 9, guests at all Ryland communities with rooftop decks can enjoy views of the moon, along with views of the Strip, city and mountains. The builder’s signature rooftop decks are now offered at nearly all of its Southern Nevada communities.

“Our sales offices are normally open during the day, so this is a unique opportunity to see the stunning and often panoramic views from one of Ryland Homes’ signature rooftop decks,” said Bethann Frusco-Dumont, sales agent at the builder’s Indigo at Hillside neighborhood. “At our community just west of Summerlin, residents spend evenings enjoying the beautiful weather as well as Las Vegas Strip, city and mountain views. They give each home a unique vantage as well as an additional outdoor living space from the privacy of home.”

The event will be held at Amado Pointe, Evergreen, Indigo at Hillside, Maravilla Vistas, Monticello, Verada View and Zephyr Ridge neighborhoods.

Seven of Ryland’s eight open neighborhoods offer the rooftop deck either as a standard feature or option. At Indigo at Hillside, rooftop decks are standard and large enough to choose an outdoor fireplace option.

“We even have four homes available for quick move-in that will be ready between now and the end of the year,” Frusco-Dumont said. “What better place to enjoy the holidays than from your own private rooftop deck?”

Rooftop decks also are standard at all homes in Verada View in the northwest valley and all three-story homes in Maravilla Vistas in the southwest valley.

The builder has quick move-in homes, with or without rooftop decks, in all of its Southern Nevada neighborhoods. Homes include options as well as special pricing for tonight’s Spooktacular sales event.

“Verada View, a gated neighborhood in Providence, offers some of Ryland Homes’ most stunning rooftop deck views,” said sales agent Tracy Carter. “We are already a bit elevated from the valley, so we have incredible panoramic vistas of the mountains and one-of-a-kind Las Vegas city lights.”

Tonight’s event will include a live radio remote from Verada View.

Among the neighborhood’s quick move-ins is a two-story Perseus plan measuring 1,886 square feet and offering three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. The home also includes a deluxe master bath, Wi-Fi center or game room and a rooftop deck.

Indigo at Hillside and Verada View offer amenities for residents. Indigo, which is not in a master plan, offers a community park, basketball court, swimming pool, playground and barbecue area. Scenic walking trails are just outside the neighborhood’s gates.

A community pool will open next summer for Verada View.

“The neighborhood is also directly across the street from Providence’s Knickerbocker Park,” Carter said.

The 15-acre Knickerbocker Park includes age-specific play areas for 2- to 5-year-olds and 5- to 12-year-olds, a swing set, dog park with small and large dog areas, splash pad, youth baseball field, multiuse events field, jogging path with exercise stations and picnic areas.
