Sandstone to host open house today

Pardee Homes will host an open house from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at its LivingSmart Homes Sandstone neighborhood near the southwest corner of Camino Al Norte and Ann Road in North Las Vegas. Guests can enjoy Blue Bell ice cream, soon to be available in local grocery stores, and fresh cookies while supplies last.

“During this special event, all move-in ready homes will include a washer/dryer and refrigerator,” Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell said. “In addition, select move-in ready homes will have backyard landscaping or window coverings.”

LivingSmart Homes Sandstone is a collection of two-story homes that range from 2,161 to 2,432 square feet. Homes start in the $230,000s.

A move-in ready residence measures 1,852 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a two-car garage, loft, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, two-toned interior paint and buyer’s selection of flooring. The home is priced at $239,550.

Another residence is move-in ready and measures 2,432 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, a two-car garage, loft, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, two-toned interior paint and buyer’s selection of flooring. The home is priced at $262,600.
