Silverado Springs offers value

American West Homes is offering new houses for $96 per square foot at its Silverado Springs community in Henderson.

The two- and three-story home designs range from 2,363 to 3,790 square feet with up to five bedrooms and start at $288,500.

In addition to The Ryan, there is another three-story, The Sophia, which measures 3,790 square feet with up to five bedrooms and priced at $96 per square foot.

Floor plans provide options and may include formal living and dining room, game room, den, study, library and first-floor master suite.

Energy-saving features, such as vinyl dual-paned, low-e windows, 13-SEER air conditioner and radiant-heat barrier roof are standard.
