Six neighborhoods to open

KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers will unveil 16 model homes in six new neighborhoods in the master-planned community of Inspirada in Henderson Aug. 2.

A “First Dibs” event is planned for home shoppers to tour the model homes and take part in activities ranging from cooking demonstrations to organization and design workshops planned throughout the day.

KB Home will open three Inspirada neighborhoods Aug. 2 with homes ranging in size from 1,558 square feet to 4,343 square feet in its Green Courts, Reserves and Terraces collections with prices anticipated to start from the low $200,000s. KB’s new-home offerings at Inspirada include one- and two-story floor plans with two- and three-car garages and options for multigenerational families. A gated section also will be offered.

KB Home’s nine model homes and sales center are off Via Firenze west of Paladi Avenue, adjacent to the soon-to-be completed Potenza Park. The neighborhood park is 5.29 acres and will include picnic areas, a skate plaza, two basketball courts, children’s play area and ramadas.

Located south of Bicentennial Parkway off Via Firenze and Pavilio Drive are Pardee Homes’ Alterra and Solano neighborhoods at Inspirada, featuring five model homes and a sales center.

Alterra at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes that range in size from 3,212 to 4,165 square feet with up to five bedroom and four baths and Pardee’s exclusive GenSmart Suite for multigenerational living. Prices are anticipated to start from the high $400,000s at the gated neighborhood.

Solano at Inspirada, also by Pardee Homes, is a collection of two-story homes that range in size from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths with covered patios or outdoor rooms. Prices are anticipated to start from the mid $300,000s.

Inspirada’s 20-acre Aventura Park, which is under development, is within close proximity to Alterra and Solano, and is anticipated to include a swimming pool, ball and multiuse fields, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts and a kids’ water play area.

Toll Brothers will showcase its Ladera and Sevilla Elite models in the Montellano Collection at Inspirada during the First Dibs event as well as two new collections under development — Villamar with brand-new two-story floor plans and the Bellante Collection featuring all single-story homes.

Located just west of Inspirada’s Solista Park, the Montellano Collection features two-story town houses that measure as large as 1,800 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s. Montellano residents have access to resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse with fitness center and swimming pool.

Beazer Homes anticipates opening neighborhoods in Inspirada in 2015.

The First Dibs event will showcase new monumental and community signage as well as the debut of the Inspirada Overlook off Bicentennial Avenue.

Guests can also see construction progress at Inspirada’s Capriola Park, located off Via Firenze between Del Terra and Beltrada avenues. The approximately 13-acre community park will feature lighted multiuse fields, a 1-acre dog park, basketball courts, tennis courts, splash pad, children’s play area and multigenerational play area.

Inspirada builders plan to offer homes for every lifestyle, with floor plans that range in size from just over 1,500 square feet to more than 4,500 square feet, preliminarily priced from the $200,000s to the $500,000s.
