The Citrine floor plan is a 1,085-square-foot design featuring two bedrooms, 21/2 baths and two-car garage.
The Insignia design measures 1,309 square feet and includes two master suites, 21/2 baths and a two-car garage.
The Neiman and the Classique models each offer three bedrooms and 21/2 baths, and measure 1,532 and 1,549 square feet, respectively.
Standard features include a patio or deck, and a two-car direct access garage. Customized flooring is available through a design center.
Meritage is also constructing single-family homes within Mountain’s Edge.
The builder’s Yellowstone community offers single- and two-story homes measuring from 1,267 to more than 3,000 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s.
The gated Summer Trail neighborhood features two-story homes ranging from 2,319 to 3,028 square feet and offering three to six bedrooms and 21/2 to four baths. Summer Trail is priced from the low $300,000s.
