Apartment building sells

▶ The Sauter Multifamily Group of NAI Vegas helped negotiate the sale of 1550 Fahrenheit Apartments at 1550 E. Harmon Ave. The 244-unit complex sold for $7.45 million, or $30,532 per door.

The team represented the seller, Harmon Apartments LLC, in the agreement. The buyer of the value-add property, which has a 40 percent vacancy rate, was Lighthouse Group LLC.

Two deals for Hughes Airport

Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft and Zac Zaher of Voit Real Estate Services represented landlord Hughes Airport Realty Owner LLC in a pair of significant leases.

▶ The 39-month lease of 24,925 square feet of office space at 770 Pilot Road is valued at $1.1 million. Amy Ogden of Commerce Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, Page Operations.

▶ The 65-month lease of 5,208 square feet at 680 Pilot Road is valued at $420,660. Michael Hsu of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant, Hello! Las Vegas Destination Management.

Other sales of note

▶ Stacy Scheer of Colliers International worked with ANKALOVIC Inc. on its $630,000 sale of a 6,195-square-foot office property at 4001 Meadows Lane. The buyer was NEVDPSS Holdings LLC.

▶ Robert Torres and Scott Gragson of Colliers International represented GKT 5 LLC in its $540,000 purchase of 2.06 commercial acres at 6825 W. Teco Ave. Clark County assessor records list the prior owner as CML-NV TWO LLC of Miami.

▶ Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley of Colliers International represented Sunset Pecos II LLC in its $400,000 sale of a 5,126-square-foot office property at 3632 Sunset Road. The buyer was Hospitality Partners LLC.

Leases of note

▶ Mike De Lew and Greg Pancirov of Colliers International represented landlord York Decatur Crossing LLC in a $370,635 lease of 4,796 square feet of industrial space at 6450 Cameron St. The tenant is HomeTeam Pest Defense LLC.

▶ Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft and Zac Zaher of Voit Real Estate Services negotiated a 72-month lease renewal on 15,079 square feet of space at 1111 Grier Drive on behalf of landlord The Realty Associates Fund IX LP. North American Cable Equipment was the tenant in the $842,721 deal.

▶ Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi Miracle of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services represented John and Elizabeth Fildes in the leasing of 1,250 square feet of office space at 9455 W. Russell Road, Suite 130, Las Vegas, to Josh Ukeiley. The lease is for 39 months and the transaction is valued at $60,201.

▶ Creative Interior Solutions LLC leased the 8,945-square-foot industrial property at 6960 W. Warm Springs Road, Suites 100 and 110, in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, EJM Arroyo South Property LLC, and the lessee.
