Construction starts on Enclave

A ceremony marking the start of construction for the Enclave at 5800 S. Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas was held Wednesday.

Elected officials, entertainment leaders and others were on hand for the event.

Eli Stearns, Jay Curiel and Keith Conrad, the trio behind Los Angeles-based 3G Productions Inc., own the project.

The Enclave will feature a 75,000 square-foot event venue. The building will have ballrooms; conference rooms; a boardroom; prefunction, or “green” rooms; a lounge; an outdoor plaza; and a rooftop deck. Ballrooms will be big enough to accommodate big machinery, she said. For example, a conference could display a tractor or other equipment.

Las Vegas-based Panattoni Development Co. is building the project. Construction is tentatively expected to finish in October and a grand opening is planned for January.

Heather Coldwell is Enclave’s meetings and special events director.
