A member of Troop 469, he helped landscape a section of Palo Verde High School's baseball fields for his Eagle project.

The project included replacing grass, planting trees, laying rocks and installing an irrigation system.

He enjoys baseball, water sports, basketball, tennis, reading and racing cars.

Benson is the son of Kari and Steve Benson of Las Vegas.

Kyle Crouch has achieved Eagle Scout status in the Boy Scouts of America.

A member of Troop 368, he collected materials for 223 hygiene kits for Deseret Industries for his Eagle project.

He enjoys BMX, rappelling, camping, music, swimming, basketball and outdoor sports.

Crouch is the son of Kenyon and Dawna Crouch of Las Vegas.

Nicholas Chaltas has achieved Eagle Scout status in the Boy Scouts of America.

A member of Troop 848, he helped restore and widen a trail at the Clark County Heritage Museum for his Eagle project.

He enjoys football, baseball and video games. He is attending the University of Nevada, Reno, where he is a member of the marching band.

Chaltas is the son of Gus and Jennifer Chaltas of Las Vegas.

Bryce Blood has achieved Eagle Scout status in the Boy Scouts of America.

A member of Troop 875, he installed a flag pole at the Clark County Shooting Range for his Eagle project.

He enjoys horseback riding, shooting, camping and riding dirt bikes.

Blood is the son of Bart and Karen Blood of North Las Vegas.

Reid Proksch has achieved Eagle Scout status in the Boy Scouts of America.

A member of Troop 75, he replaced brick pavers underneath picnic tables at Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs and boarded them with a cement curb for his Eagle project.

He enjoys cycling, swimming, sketching, soccer and music.

Proksch is the son of Erik and Tami Proksch of North Las Vegas.

Dalton Gaither has achieved Eagle Scout status in the Boy Scouts of America.

He cleaned the grounds at Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City for his Eagle project.

He enjoys lacrosse, soccer and piano.

Gaither is the son of Eric and Rachelle Gaither of North Las Vegas.

Jennifer Sparkman of North Las Vegas has graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Ga.

Sparkman earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film and television.

Christopher Phillips has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.

Phillips is the son of Charles Phillips of North Las Vegas.

Jordan Sage of Las Vegas has been named to the dean's list at Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y., for the spring 2012 semester.

Sage graduated from Bonanza High School.

Kyle Fetterer of North Las Vegas has graduated from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kan., with a Bachelor of Science in justice studies.

Joseph Strobel has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.

Strobel is the son of Anna Williams of North Las Vegas.

Shaun Griggs has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C.

Griggs is a 2011 graduate of Cheyenne High School in North Las Vegas.
