Judge delays motion to dismiss charges in pet store arson

The first puppies rescued from a pet store fire in January were picked up for adoption on Thursday at the Animal Foundation in Las Vegas. In all, 27 animals were rescued unharmed when the Prince and Princess Pet Boutique was set ablaze in January. After a lengthy ordeal, the puppies were finally raffled off to owners.
