Bunkerville man dies after ATV accident
A man died after the ATV he was driving rolled over about 7 a.m. Sunday in Bunkerville, according to Las Vegas police.
Taylor Fails, 20, of Bunkerville, lost control of his 2004 Yamaha Rhino while turning left onto Diagonal Street from Chapel Way, according to the police report.
Fails and the passenger on the ATV were both ejected when the vehicle rolled over.
Fails was pronounced dead at the scene by responding personnel from Mercy Air.
The passenger, Josh Talbot, 22, of St. George, Utah, sustained minor injuries.
This is the 53rd traffic fatality in Las Vegas police’s jurisdiction in 2013. The investigation is ongoing.
