Police need help locating missing North Las Vegas man

North Las Vegas police are seeking the public’s help to find a man who went missing after leaving his home Thursday morning.

Richard Boisy Jr., 81, drove away from his home in the 6100 block of Rising Circle, near the intersection of Camino Eldorado and Tropical parkways. He hasn’t been seen since, the department wrote in a release Friday.

Family members told police that Boisy may suffer from early-onset dementia, although he has not yet been diagnosed with the condition.

Boisy was last seen driving a dark-blue 1993 Chevrolet 1500 Z71, with Nevada license plate 170FDS. He is described as an African American who stands 6-foot-1-inch tall and weighs 161 pounds, the release said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call North Las Vegas Police at 702-633-9111.
