Woman dies in fatal rollover crash on I-15 exit ramp in Las Vegas
A fatal rollover crash Saturday morning has closed an exit ramp on Interstate 15 in Las Vegas, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
About 7:30 a.m., the vehicle was traveling north on Interstate 15, going to Interstate 215 West, when it approached the onramp and went off to the left, trooper Jason Buratczuk said.
The vehicle overturned, ejecting the female driver, Buratczuk said. She was the vehicle’s only occupant.
The woman, 20, was taken to University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead, Buratczuk said.
The Las Vegas Boulevard exit ramp is closed at the Interstate 215 interchange, just south of the Strip, while troopers investigate the crash, the NHP said.
