CBRE secures 12 new leases at Hughes Airport Center

The leases account for nearly 150,000 square feet of the 3.3 million square-foot office facility at the airport.

Kevin Higgins, executive vice president of brokerage industrial services at CBRE, said in a statement that the need for high quality space, reasonable pricing and location created an environment where the space could be filled.
