Century incentive program lets homebuyers save cash

As the weather cools down in Southern Nevada, the values are heating up at Century Communities’ Westmont neighborhood in southwestern Las Vegas. The intimate collection of two-story homes is a part of Century’s “Fall Into Savings” incentive program.

“Fall Into Savings” offers up to $20,000 in upgrades and closing costs at its Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village master plans, along with $12,000 in upgrades and closing costs at its independent Westmont neighborhood. The incentive is being offered along with current specials at the communities and can help homebuyers save tens of thousands on their new home. The builder has several homes under construction or completed and ready for quick move-in by the year’s end, including one popular Westmont plan.

“Westmont is a truly unique neighborhood, nestled in the heart of the bustling southwest Las Vegas corridor,” sales associate Gail vanDuersen said. “It is within walking distance to schools, parks, dining, shopping and other services that are all around it. For those that want to enjoy walkability in their neighborhood, Westmont is the perfect spot.”

Spacious two-story field homes are completed and ready for move-in at Westmont.

“This is one of the best values you can get right now,” vanDuersen said. “It is our 2443 plan, which is a 2,443-square-foot home with four bedrooms, three baths, an oversized two-car garage with bonus storage space and lots of beautiful upgrades.”

Upgrades to Westmont’s 2443 plan include upgraded maple cabinetry with crown molding, an upgraded kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, an electrical package that includes prewiring for flat-screen TV, surround sound, phone and cable throughout, upgraded stair railings and upgraded tile and carpet flooring.

“This home also includes a luxury shower in the master bath, which has been a very popular option at Westmont,” vanDuersen said. “The luxury shower includes a walk-in entrance, double shower head, seating and a long picture window.”

The home also includes 9-foot ceilings on both the first and second floor and a pool-sized backyard.

Westmont shoppers can take advantage of Century Communities’ valleywide promotion that provides up to $12,000 in incentives and upgrades at the neighborhood. The neighborhood has six two-story plans to choose from with sizes ranging from 1,532 to 2,646 square feet.

Westmont is at Arby Avenue and El Capitan Way, next to Red Ridge Park. This 26-acre park includes two Little League baseball fields, picnic pavilions, a water park, two separate enclosed playgrounds, two swingsets and a Frisbee golf course. The park also includes a lighted basketball court and is surrounded by a mile of walking trails.

Westmont is also within walking distance to Tanaka Elementary School and Faiss Middle School and near St. Rose San Martin and Southern Hills hospitals and Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas.

Paver driveways and walkways, gourmet cooking islands, granite kitchen countertops, maple kitchen cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances and Moen chrome faucets are all standard at Westmont. Also, Westmont homes are Energy Star-certified and include energy efficient insulation, low-e vinyl dual pane argon gas windows, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy efficient gas water heater and furnace and a digital programmable thermostat.

Westmont’s sales office, at 7033 Claythorn Road, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays through Mondays. For more information, call the sales office at 702-816-4374 or visit www.centurycommunities.com.
