Couple choose LivingSmart

Jesse and Jillian Yanez have much to be thankful for this holiday season and they're the first to admit it.

"We were blessed with our daughter Valerie in July and just a few weeks later, we were fortunate to purchase our first home at LivingSmart Homes Providence, thanks in part to the efforts of sales representative Misty Tiffany," Jesse Yanez said.

The couple knew they liked the northwest valley and decided to look at Pardee's LivingSmart Homes in Providence, where they met Misty.

"We loved the floor plans and finishes and after talking to Misty in the sales office, we knew this was the perfect place to raise our daughter," Jesse Yanez said. "From the first time we walked into the sales office to the moment we got our keys, we had nothing short of a wonderful experience."

Jillian Yanez, a Las Vegas native, is the retention manager for a luxury automotive dealership and Jesse Yanez works for a major beverage company.

They purchased a Plan Two at LivingSmart Homes Providence, which measures 2,183 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

"We love the living space and all of the windows and the three-bay garage," Jillian Yanez said. "And we also enjoy the views of the mountains behind us and the parks and amenities that are nearby."

The LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, Tiffany said.

LivingSmart Homes Providence is a collection of one- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with such features as great and bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and an outdoor room option. Prices start from $206,990.

LivingSmart Homes Providence is off the Las Vegas Beltway at Ann Road. Exit the freeway at Ann and travel west. Turn right onto Shaumber Road and go to Centennial Parkway and turn left. The entrance is ahead the right.

Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday.
