Dunhill Homes’ Tuscany Village offers 8 single-story floor plans

According to Marietta Manayan, sales agent, single-story homes are among the most requested designs among new homebuyers in Southern Nevada. Dunhill Homes provides eight options at its Tuscany Village master-planned community in Henderson, located a short drive from Lake Mead with access to area shops, services and restaurants.

Eight single-story floor plans are offered in Tuscany Village, with prices starting at $139,990. The homes range from 1,264 to 2,700 square feet, giving homebuyers many options to personalize their new homes.

Homes in the community start at $139,990 with amenities including a 24-hour, guard-gated entrance and a 35,000-square-foot recreation center. The award-winning Tuscany Golf Club offers panoramic views of the city, mountains and fairways.

According to Manayan, Dunhill Homes is offering $10,000 in options at its Zanetti collection and $12,500 at its Pesaro collection for each new home purchased. Homebuyers can also receive up to 3 percent of the sales price to be used for closing costs when using Dunhill Homes' preferred lender.

Homes currently under construction will be available for move-in as early as mid-February.

"Some already have upgrades included and some allow you to personalize the home to your tastes with many choices for appliances, flooring, cabinetry and countertops," Manayan said.

One of Dunhill Homes' floor plans at Tuscany Village is Residence 1781, named for its size. This single-story home features three bedrooms, 2¾ baths, a kitchen nook, kitchen island and den or fourth bedroom. This home also includes a two-car garage.

All Tuscany Village residents have access to its multimillion dollar recreation center, La Vita Tuscana. The 35,000-square-foot center includes a lap pool, swimming pool, tennis courts and racquetball courts in addition to an aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas and park areas.

A centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club and its 6,906-yard, par-72 course designed by golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr.

"At Tuscany Village, you get all the luxuries and conveniences of a country club without the country club prices," Manayan said.
