Harmony Homes offers March financial incentives

Harmony Homes has announced it will continue its $15,000 incentive offer throughout March for homes purchased in its Capistrano neighborhood at Vista Cielo in North Las Vegas.

"Home buyers should check out Capistrano now because this $15,000 buyers' credit is the largest incentive that we've offered and the neighborhood already offers one of the lowest prices for brand-new homes in the area," said sales agent Christel Stewart.

"Through this program, those who buy a home in March will receive a $15,000 credit to use in many different ways. They can use it for closing costs, design options, upgrades -- whatever they want or need," Stewart said.

"We only have about 20 homes left and with our rock bottom prices, plus incentives, you can't beat the deals at Capistrano."

Three floor plans priced from $125,990 are available at the gated neighborhood.

The two-story designs measure from 1,462 to 1,783 square feet and offer three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garages.

Home sites are available along cul-de-sacs and several are adjacent to a walking path.

Quick move-ins are available, Stewart said.

The homes include ceramic-tile entries; kitchens with granite countertops, beech cabinetry and stainless steel sinks; cultured-marble countertops in the baths; and prewiring for ceiling fans and cable.

Numerous energy-efficient features are included such as low-e windows, programmable thermostats and 13-SEER air-conditioning units.

According to sales agent Kathy Isom, buyers are also impressed by community amenities and location.

"Our residents like the fact that Capistrano is a gated neighborhood within the Cielo Vista community and that they have access to the wonderful amenities of Cielo Vista. Our residents can all enjoy a community swimming pool plus a park with a playground, picnic tables and walking paths," Isom said.

"Capistrano also offers a great location that's convenient to new shopping and restaurants plus access to Interstate 15," she said.

The homebuilder offers two additional neighborhoods within Vista Cielo. They are Laguna and Avalon.

Laguna offers two-story homes measuring from 1,577 to 1,985 square feet and priced from $139,990; while Avalon is highlighted by two-story residences ranging from 2,409 to 3,024 square feet and priced from $169,990.

To visit, take Interstate 15 north to Craig Road and travel west to Losee Road. Turn right on Losee, head north and follow the signs.

The model homes are open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, except Monday, when they open at noon.

Harmony Homes is constructing 15 additional neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, where single- and two-story homes range from 1,306 to 4,265 square feet.

Prices start in the $90,000s.

Throughout the month, the homebuilder is offering incentives ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 with each home purchase at all 16 of its neighborhoods, the amount of which is determined by neighborhood.

Like Capistrano, the incentive credit may be used for upgrades, structural options, closing costs, the buy-down interest rates or lot premiums.
