Lennar meets buyers’ needs

Lennar is offering financial incentives and special financing on quick move-in homes.

By partnering with Universal American Mortgage Co., Lennar’s preferred lender, the builder is offering zero origination fees, plus a below-market interest rate for homes that close by Sept. 30, according to Joy Broddle, Lennar Las Vegas director of sales.

“This is a crucial time for serious buyers who have been waiting to find their dream home,” Broddle said. “We are providing families with a fantastic interest rate through our preferred lender, UAMC. This program has been specifically designed for the families of Las Vegas. Since this program is designed for families, there is no need to submit offers or to battle with investors. These new dream homes will only qualify for this program for a short period of time.”

She said Lennar also is offering buyers as much as $6,000 in additional upgrades. Buyers who purchase in August can select from additional upgraded features, such as General Electric front-load washer and dryers, 2-inch faux wood blinds, ceiling fans, upgraded appliance packages and select cabinet and granite styles.

All Lennar homes come with features such as General Electric kitchen appliances, slab-granite countertops and upgraded maple cabinetry throughout the home. Each home offers the Nexia Home Intelligence system, which allows homeowners to control their home from any smartphone or Internet device. These Everything’s Included homes also offer modern green technology that saves homeowners significant amounts of money, Broddle said. Lennar homes offer low-energy dual-pane vinyl windows, low VOC paint and Energy Star-certification.
