Pardee debuts Durango Trail

Pardee Homes is introducing a new model home at its Durango Trail community in southwestern Las Vegas, and grand opening activities are planned for Nov. 9.

The gated Durango Trail neighborhood will feature two single-story floor plans that range from 2,789 to 3,023 square feet. Prices are expected to start from the $380,000s.

To reach Durango Trail from Interstate 15, take Blue Diamond Road/State Route 160 west to Durango Drive. Turn right on Durango and turn right at Pebble Road. The model homes and sales office are ahead on the right.

The Prescott plan at Durango Trail measures 2,789 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, game room, great room, formal dining room or optional den, covered patio and three-car garage. The plan has an additional optional one-car garage.

The Silverton plan at Durango Trail measures 3,023 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, game room, covered patio and three-car garage. The plan has an optional den instead of a third bedroom, an optional library instead of the formal dining room and an optional four-car garage.

Durango Trail floor plans can be built with Pardee Homes’ exclusive GenSmart Suite that provides a private entrance and living area to accommodate multiple generations living together under one roof.

Durango Trail is adjacent to Pardee Homes’ Durango Ranch neighborhood, a collection of single-story plans that range from 3,853 to 4,142 square feet with the optional Nevada Room, which is an enclosed patio.

Homes at Durango Ranch feature optional detached casitas, Nevada Rooms instead of a covered patio, up to four car garage spaces, large kitchens, great rooms and optional recreational vehicle parking pads.

Durango Trail and Durango Ranch feature Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, company officials said.

Effective Sunday, winter hours begin — 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday.
