Ryland opens Henderson townhome neighborhood

Ryland Homes will offer a sneak peak at Loretto Bay, its new townhome collection, before the complex’s official grand opening.

Loretto Bay, in the Green Valley section of Henderson, includes three-story townhomes with Ryland’s rooftop decks.

“Loretto Bay has everything you want in a new home, with the convenience of a townhome,” sales counselor Brad Mueller said. “It’s gated, has its own neighborhood amenities and is perfectly situated near shopping and dining, beautiful new parks and the I-215 Beltway.”

Loretto Bay’s amenities include a neighborhood pool and clubhouse and the 100-acre Cornerstone Park across the street. Cornerstone Park includes a 31-acre lake, basketball courts, volleyball courts, picnic areas, walking trails and grassy areas.

The homes include private yards, three floor plans with up to four bedrooms, up to 3½ baths and two-car garages. Prices start at $222,990. Available plans include the Monterey, a 2,322-square-foot-home with four bedrooms, three baths and a rooftop deck.

The Monterey’s master bedroom is on the home’s second level with an option for a second bedroom or a dual master suite.

“This plan is very flexible to suit different lifestyles,” Mueller said. “If you have a roommate, children or parents that want a little bit of extra space, you can create that in this plan.”

Loretto Bay is near major shopping centers, Cornerstone Park, freeway access and schools. It is zoned for Bartlett Elementary School, Greenspun Middle School and Coronado High School.
