Sutter Hills unveils designs

Richmond American Homes recently debuted floor plans at Sutter Hills, a new community in Mountain’s Edge, a master-planned community in southwestern Las Vegas.

New homes in Sutter Hills offer as many as seven bedrooms, four baths and measure as large as 3,800 square feet, starting from the upper $300,000s. All homes in the community offer features included in the price of the home, such as kitchens with upgraded maple cabinetry, granite countertops, islands and stainless-steel appliances. They also feature deluxe master baths and three-car garages. Upgrades, such as multislide patio doors, butler’s pantries, wet bars and traditional fireplaces are available, depending on the plan.

All Sutter Hills homes include energy-efficient features such as low-e windows and sliding-glass doors, insulated garage doors, efficient HVAC systems, energy-efficient exhaust fans, programmable thermostats and radiant roof barriers.

Homebuyers who choose to build a home from the ground up can select from hundreds of design options to give their homes a one-of-a-kind look. Items such as countertops, cabinetry, flooring and fixtures can be personalized with the help of design consultant. This is a complimentary service.

Quick move-in homes are selling in Sutter Hills, and customers and agents can visit the sales center through Sunday to register for prize giveaways. There also will be gourmet catering and family-friendly events 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today.
