Pouliot leaves the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League to join the team. While there, he had served as the director of player development and a regional scout.

As a player, Pouliot played in the QMJHL for four seasons.

In recent days, Peter Ward, Kent Hawley, Erin Ginnell and Bruno Campese have been added as amateur scouts while Scott Luce was hired as the director of amateur scouting.
