Panthers safety offering his apartment for rent to watch Super Bowl 50

If you weren't able to get a ticket to watch the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers face off in Super Bowl 50 on Sunday — and you don't want to watch it in the comfort of your own home — you could always watch it in the comfort of one of the players homes. Seriously, this is a thing.

Panthers Safety Roman Harper, who will be on the field inside Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., on Sunday, is offering his apartment for rent for one night so you can watch him play in the Super Bowl on his 70-inch TV from his own couch.

He's even throwing in a signed football.

"Come watch me play in the Super Bowl — from my own couch!" Harper's listing on Airbnb says. "I'd love to invite you and a guest to experience Super Bowl 50 in my house."

The cost is $5,000 for the night. Harper said he will donate the $5,000 to his charity, Harper's Hope 41 Foundation, and Airbnb has agreed to match the proceeds.

Don't get too excited yet, there are some stipulations.

It's only available for one Panthers super fan and their "super" guest. So if you're rooting for the Broncos, you won't be able to book it.

Harper asks that you don't bring pets (especially Broncos), no playing football in the hallways and no walking around on the hardwood with cleats. Harper also asks that you respect the home, don't smoke, don't throw a party and be mindful of his neighbors.

Super Bowl 50 kicks off Sunday at 3:30 p.m. PST.
