April 25, 2016 - 11:51 am
UNLV’s football game this season at Boise State will be televised on ESPN2 on Nov. 18, starting at either 6 or 6:30 p.m. PT, the Mountain West announced Monday.
The game is part of a season-long Friday night series of games for Mountain West teams on ESPN, ESPN2 and CBS Sports Network. There is one Thursday night game in the package — BYU at Boise State.
The Rebels, who also appeared on ESPN2 for a Friday night game last season — a 31-28 loss at Fresno State — has historically thrived playing under the Friday night lights, going 7-3-1.
UNLV, which went 3-9 last season, its first under coach Tony Sanchez, will open the season by hosting Jackson State on Sept. 1 at Sam Boyd Stadium.
