20,000 people join the world’s biggest food fight — VIDEO

Have you ever dreamed of throwing food around? Spain's annual "La Tomatina" offers you the chance to do just that.

Every August, 20,000 people join forces for the world's biggest food fight.

Held in the small Valencian town of Bunol, Spain, the event has become a major draw for tourists, mainly from Britain, Japan and the United States.

The only objective of the event is to have fun and considering participants throw more than 170 tons of tomatos, it's safe to say they accomplish that goal.

Dating back to the 1940's, the success of the "La Tomatina" has also inspired similar events in Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile and the United States.
