In addition to the show, painting classes scheduled at the gallery include a Baymax-themed class on July 9, a “Harry Potter”-themed class July 23, and a “Nightmare Before Christmas”-themed class on July 30. Free musical: A free performance of the musical “Dublin Rising” is scheduled for 8 p.m. July 1 and 2 and 2 p.m. July 3 at the Summerlin Library, 1771 Inner Circle Drive. Boulder City Damboree Celebration: Boulder City is set to host its 68th annual Fourth of July celebration starting at 7 a.m. July 4 with a pancake breakfast, followed by a 9 a.m. parade, along with games and concessions, music and a water fight where float riders and bystanders will battle with squirt guns. Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade: The 22nd annual parade is set from 9 to 11 a.m. July 4, beginning at the corner of Hillpointe Road and Hills Center Drive and traveling south on Village Center Circle and west on Trailwood Drive. The route ends before the corner of Trailwood and Spring Gate Lane. More than 70 entries are planned, including traditional floats, Macy’s-style giant inflatable balloons, bands, performing groups and a variety of kids’ storybook and cartoon characters. Hot yoga in the Neon Boneyard: The Neon Museum plans to offer one-hour hot yoga sessions with certified instructor Eileen Lorraine in its outdoor Neon Boneyard, 770 Las Vegas Blvd. North, at 5:30 p.m. July 6 and 20, and Aug. 3, 17 and 31.
