Hash House A Go Go

Hash House A Go Go plans to offer brunch and dinner specials through the end of the year. Mercadito at Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd., plans to offer special a la carte items in addition to its regular menu from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Christmas Day.

Three different seating times are set for New Year’s Eve, with a la carte options from 4 to 6:45 pm. and a sharing menu from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. for $40 per person. A five-course sharing menu and two-hour open bar for $100 per person, including a champagne toast at midnight, is planned from 9:45 p.m. to close.

M Resort

The M Resort, 12300 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer a holiday seafood brunch and buffet Dec. 25 at Studio B Buffet for $39.99 for adults from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 2:30 to 8 p.m. A seafood buffet is planned from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 31, with an omelet station from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and free champagne. Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood plans a New Year’s Eve menu from 5 to 10 p.m. Dec. 31 featuring entree choices of dry-aged strip loin and Alaskan king crab legs, Hawaiian seabass and a 24-ounce roasted chateaubriand. Menu items are priced individually.

Anthony’s Gourmet Burgers & Brews plans a special three-course surf and turf menu from 4 to 10 p.m. Dec. 31 for $39.99. It will feature herb-roasted beef tenderloin and butter-poached lobster tail.

Jayde Fuzion plans an all-you-can-eat menu from 5 to 10 p.m. Dec. 31, featuring fresh sashimi, nigiri, specialty sushi rolls and hand rolls, along with a variety of salads, soups, entrees and desserts. The cost is $75 and $45 for children ages 5 to 12.

Marinelli’s Pasta Bar is accepting reservations from 5 to 10 p.m. Dec. 31.

The Orleans

The Orleans, 4500 W. Tropicana Ave., plans to offer a prix fixe menu from 2 to 9 p.m. Christmas Day in Canal Street. Entree choices are beef Wellington or Canal Street mixed grill for $42. New Year’s Eve specials are planned from 5 to 10 p.m. with entree choices of prime New York steak au poivre for $47 or surf and turf with filet mignon and lobster tail for $90.

Big Al’s Oyster Bar plans a $21 prix fixe menu from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Dec. 25 featuring bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp with rice pilaf. A prix fixe menu is planned from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. New Year’s Day for $21, featuring crawfish boil and a 15-ounce Tenaya Creek draft beer.

The Coasta Cantina plans a $16.99 prix fixe menu from 4 to 10 p.m. Dec. 25 with salmon Puerto Vallarta or chile Colorado. A New Year’s Eve menu is planned from 4 to 10 p.m. with camarones al mojo de ajo for $19.99 or pollo sonorense for $16.99.

The Courtyard Cafe plans to offer a Christmas Day special from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $13.99 with roast turkey dinner, flat iron steak or stuffed salmon in phyllo. The special includes a glass of wine, draft beer or well drink. A New Year’s Day special is planned from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $11.99 with Southern fried chicken or triple cheeseburger.

The Prime Rib Loft plans two prix fixe menus from 5 to 10 p.m. Dec. 25: turkey dinner for $24 or salmon Wellington for $28. A New Year’s Eve dinner and dance is planned for $100 per person with an open bar from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Entree selections are prime rib, steak Diane, Bistro stuffed chicken breast or salmon Napoleon.

Panevino

Panevino, 246 Via Antonio Ave., plans to offer a five-course dinner menu for New Year’s Eve for $185, which includes live entertainment, party favors and a choice of two gourmet dinner menus. Ri Ra Irish Pub

Ri Ra Irish Pub at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, 3930 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer a Christmas Day special of roasted turkey and gravy for $20.95 or glazed ham for $19.95. Irish Soda Bread Pudding will be $6.95.

A New Year’s Eve party, Paint The Town Gold, is planned for Dec. 31 with a toast to the Irish new year set for 4 p.m. A special menu is planned, along with entertainment by The Black Donnellys and a midnight toast.

S7 Buffet at Silver Sevens, 4100 Paradise Road, plans to feature a special Christmas Day Buffet for $13.99 with an A-Play Club Card or $15.99 without a card from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 25. Menu items planned include roasted pork loin, sliced turkey, chicken cordon bleu with wild mushrooms, braised short ribs, salmon steaks with fresh dill, broiled New York steak with a demi sauce, homemade baked stuffing, Maryland-style crab cakes and candied yams, along with honey-roasted ham and prime rib of beef carving stations.

The Sterling Spoon Cafe plans a three-course meal for $10.99 with a card or $13.99 without a card. Entree choices are traditional roast turkey dinner, honey baked ham or Cornish game hen.

Social House

Social House at The Shops at Crystals, 3720 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer a seven-course tasting menu from noon until late Dec. 31 for $125 per person. South Point

The South Point, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer a $16.95 three-course Christmas Day special at Baja Miguel’s from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 25, including a free house margarita. The entree will be a traditional roast turkey platter. A $26 three-course menu also is planned for New Year’s Eve from 4 to 10 p.m., also including a free margarita. The entree will be Surf and Turf Fajitas.

The Coronado Cafe plans to offer a three-course menu with a free glass of wine for $14.95 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 25. The entree will be traditional roast turkey platter. A two-course menu with a free glass of wine or a cocktail for $15.95 is planned from 2 to 9 p.m. Dec. 31. The entree will be shrimp- and crab-stuffed salmon filet with Creole sauce.

Don Vito’s plans to offer a three-course menu with a free glass of wine or a cocktail for $32 from 4 to 9 p.m. Dec. 25. The entree will be roast turkey, osso bucco veal shank or grilled Pacific salmon. A four-course New Year’s Eve menu with a free glass of wine or a cocktail will be $56 from 4 to 10 p.m. and feature chicken Sorrentino, shrimp and feta linguine, osso bucco, grilled branzino, veal tenderloin Marsala or filet mignon.

The Garden Buffet plans to feature a special Christmas Day menu with bourbon-glazed ham, pork ribs and more for $16.95 with a Club Card or $19.95 without a card. A New Year’s Eve champagne dinner buffet is planned from 4 to 10 p.m. for $17.95 with a card or $20.95 without a card. Entrees are set to include New York steak, pork cutlets and teriyaki-glazed salmon. A New Year’s Day champagne brunch is planned from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $15.95 with a card or $19.95 without a card and will feature unlimited Bloody Marys and Mimosas.

Primarily Prime Rib plans a three-course Christmas Day menu with a free glass of wine or a cocktail for $29 from 2 to 9 p.m. Entree choices are roast turkey dinner, prime rib, filet medallions of beef, Highland chicken, tilapia Rockefeller or pork osso bucco. A four-course menu is planned from 4 to 10 p.m. New Year’s Eve with a free glass of wine or a cocktail for $46. Entree choices are chicken Grand Duke, prime rib, New York strip, tilapia Napoli or surf and Turf with beef medallions and shrimp.

The Silverado Steakhouse plans a four-course Christmas Day menu with a free glass of wine or a cockatil for $45 from 5 to 10 p.m. with roast turkey, poached Pacific salmon or cider-braised pork chop. A four-course New Year’s Eve menu is planned from 5 to 11 p.m. with a bottle of specially selected wine for each party of two for $69. Entree choices are Long Island duck breast chamboard, grilled salmon Kathleen, filet mignon, chicken Chasseur, noisettes of lamb or filet of beef Mardi Gras.

Stratosphere

The Stratosphere, 2000 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer Christmas Day menus at the Top of the World Restaurant, McCall’s Heartland Grill and The Buffet at Stratosphere.

Top of the World Restaurant plans a four-course menu from 4 to 11 p.m. Dec. 25 featuring a duo of duck breast with aged cherry balsamic and lobster tail with Champagne vanilla butter, served with a chestnut puree, shaved Brussels sprouts and dried cranberries. The cost is $88.

Station Casinos

Feast and Festival Buffets at Station Casinos properties and the Fiestas are set to offer a special menu from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Christmas Day, including a carving station with roast turkey, prime rib and ham.

Grand Cafes at Boulder Station, Palace Station, Santa Fe Station, Sunset Station and Texas Station, as well as Cafe Fiesta at Fiesta Henderson, plan to offer two classic Christmas dinner options with slow-roasted turkey or pineapple-glazed ham from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Christmas Day for $8.99. The Grand Cafes at Green Valley Ranch Resort and Red Rock Resort plan to offer prime rib or chicken saltimbocca for $16.99.

Cabo Mexican restaurants at Boulder Station, Palace Station and Sunset Station, as well as Amigo’s at Fiesta Henderson and Gardunos at Fiesta Rancho, plan to offer a traditional Mexican Christmas meal of carne asada and shrimp ranchero for $16.99 with a traditional flan for dessert for $5.99 during expanded hours Christmas Day, which will vary by property.

Pasta Cucina at Sunset Station and Boulder Station plan to offer a special crab-stuffed salmon with mushroom risotto for $17.99 for Christmas dinner during expanded hours, which will vary by property.

The Oyster Bar at Palace Station and Sunset Station, as well as Tides Seafood & Sushi Bar at Green Valley Ranch Resort and Texas Star Oyster Bar at Texas Station, plan to offer a three-course Christmas special with seafood fra diavolo with shrimp, lobster, jumbo scallops, calamari, mussels and clams in a spicy tomato sauce for $32. Austins Steakhouse at Texas Station plans to offer Christmas Day specials of roasted butternut squash soup for $8 and beef wellington tenderloin for $32.

Specials at The Broiler Steak & Seafood at Boulder Station are pancetta-wrapped shrimp with infused chili syrup for $11, cabernet-braised short rib for $32 and white chocolate banana bread pudding for $8.

Specials at The Charcoal Room at Palace Station are carrot and ginger soup or winter harvest salad for $8, stuffed slow-roasted leg of lamb or old-fashioned beef bourguignon stew for $39 and homemade pecan pie or sweet corn fritter for $8. At The Charcoal Room at Santa Fe Station, specials are white truffle creme soup with potatoes and leeks for $8, lump king crab tossed in mustard aioli for $12, stuffed pork tenderloin for $32 and over-the-top sundae for $6.

Fuego Steakhouse at Fiesta Henderson plans to offer a specialty soup or salad for $6, grilled, double-cut lamb chops for $26 and eggnog creme brulee for $6.

Specials at Hank’s Fine Steaks at Green Valley Ranch Resort are set to include herb- and asiago-crusted lamb chops for $56 and a Christmas dessert tasting with mini pumpkin and cream parfait, mini hazelnut and caramel cake, petite red velvet tart with raspberry gelee and a white chocolate shell with salted caramel sauce for $13.

Specials at the Sonoma Cellar Steakhouse at Sunset Station are set to include herb-crusted, slow-roasted prime rib, roasted duck l’orange or sauteed sole meuniere for $44.

Specials at T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Resort are set to include a seafood special of marinated tiger prawns with Maine lobster stuffing for $46 and bison tenderloin for $65.

The Suncoast, 9090 Alta Drive, plans to offer three Christmas Day specials in SC Prime Steakhouse: grilled filet mignon Neptune for $40; pan-seared duck breast for $30; or grilled Alaskan salmon for $38.

Cafe Siena plans a Christmas Day menu from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $14.99 with entree choices of roast turkey, prime rib or orange roughy francese.

Coasta Cantina plans a three-course prix fixe menu for $18.99 Dec. 25. Entree choices are pollo al chipotle con rajas or pescado Veracruz.

The St. Tropez Buffet plans Christmas Day specials starting at 11 a.m., including roast turkey, orange-glazed duck and almond-crusted pork chops.

Tivoli Village

Special New Year’s Eve menus are planned at several eateries at Tivoli Village, 440 S. Rampart Blvd. Cantina Laredo plans to offer a three-course prix fixe menu for $35 with a $15 cocktail add-on.
