• LAKE MEAD — Boating anglers are finding success for stripers in the Vegas Arm using top-water lures. Boils have been reported at Boulder Beach, but few fish are being caught. Anchovies and live shad have been the baits of choice. Largemouth and smallmouth bass are taking top-water lures and plastics near points and rock fields. Catfish are showing up in creels as well.
