COMING MONDAY: VEGAS PBS SEEKS INCOME FROM ARCHIVES

Vegas PBS, the Las Vegas-based public television station now in its 40th year, hopes to convert its boxes of historical film and videotape to digital format and make it all available online. The nonprofit organization is seeking a federal grant and hopes to make some money by selling some of its treasure trove of images to private companies.
