MADRID — A 10-year-old girl has given birth in southern Spain and authorities are evaluating whether to let her and her family retain custody of the baby, an official said Tuesday. The official told reporters the father of the baby is also a minor, and both the mother and the baby were in good health.
LOS ANGELES — Charlie Sheen filed to end his marriage to his third wife Monday and stated in documents that the couple separated the same day as a Christmas 2009 altercation that led to assault charges against the veteran actor. The divorce came less than a week after Sheen was briefly hospitalized after security at a hotel reported he was being disorderly.
