North Las Vegas police arrested four boys and a girl, ranging in age from 16 to 17, today in connection with an hour-long robbery spree.
Gov.-elect Brian Sandoval won’t raise taxes, but he might try to grab funds from schools and local governments and secure money by selling state buildings and leasing them back, his senior adviser said Wednesday. Sandoval also might consider transferring some programs to local control.
