Real estate fraud charges dropped against Las Vegas father of 11

Deon Derrico, the father of Las Vegas quintuplets, is officially free of all real estate fraud charges. The two charges hanging over his head after his April acquittal of various real estate fraud charges were dropped Tuesday by the Nevada attorney general’s office.

 
Man guilty of killing Las Vegas mom, daughter back in court

Bryan Clay was formally sentenced Thursday on charges related to the murders of Ignacia “Yadira” Martinez, 38, and her 10-year-old daughter, Karla. Clay alluded to an appeal, telling District Judge Douglas Herndon, “We’re not done yet. It’s not complete.”
