Regular readers know I value restaurants with menus that change — but not too much. Seeing the same menu all the time gets boring, but we all hate to see a favorite dish vanish. Restaurants with staying power usually know how to walk that fine line.
Satay Thai Bistro & Bar started out as a Malaysian restaurant, but the menu grew over time, combining the rich, eclectic flavors of Southeast Asia — Indonesia, China and India. Today, its menu is extensive and includes dishes from all of these places, but the specialty is Thai.
