Jason Sugai, 37, in July pleaded guilty to one felony count of attempted lewdness with a child under the age of 14. As part of a deal, prosecutors dropped three counts of luring a minor with technology and two counts of lewdness with a minor under 14 years old.

The Clark County coroner’s office has identified the man who died in a late September apartment fire in Henderson.

The 83-year-old man who went missing early Monday morning has been found, according to Henderson police.
