The Clark County School District said updates are a result of feedback that educators provided during roundtable meetings.
The agreement includes a 10 percent salary increase during the first year and 2 percent in the second.
About 94 percent of classrooms currently have a licensed teacher — up from 92 percent at this time last year, the district said.
The district announced the change in a news release Monday, saying events will be rescheduled “once labor contracts are in place with all employee bargaining units.”
Hiring events are underway this week for crossing guards, who must be at least 18 and work two hours a day.
