Cody Prince won the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 52.06 seconds and a margin of victory of .32 seconds to lead the Shadow Ridge boys swimming team to a 149-145 victory over Centennial at Pavilion on Saturday.
Maddy Pewtress won two individual events and swam on two winning relay teams Saturday at Multi-Generational to lead Eldorado’s girls swimming team to a 118-62 win over Chaparral.
Matt Wilson had 77 assists, six digs, three kills, three aces and two blocks Wednesday to power the host Coronado boys volleyball team over Liberty, 25-19, 24-26, 23-25, 25-23, 15-10.
Sara Riley was 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs, and Bonanza’s softball team held on for an 8-4 road victory over Las Vegas High on Wednesday afternoon.

Allison Wiegand won two individual events on Saturday to lead Silverado’s girls swimming team to a 116-85 victory over Canyon Springs at Multi-Generational.
Adriana Thomason scored on a passed ball in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift Arbor View’s softball team to a 7-6 victory over Faith Lutheran on Thursday evening.
Nik Dobar fired a four-hit shutout Thursday as Centennial’s baseball team earned a 5-0 road win over Palo Verde.
Ashlynn Heck went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs, and Kiana Tate was 3-for-4 with a triple and an RBI as Centennial’s softball team took down visiting Cimarron-Memorial on Wednesday, 11-6.
Antonio Vara singled home James Cobian with two outs in the bottom of the seventh Wednesday to give the Chaparral baseball team an 8-7 home victory over Moapa Valley.
