Taylor Etopio scored 13 points on Tuesday to lead Faith Lutheran’s girls basketball team to a 54-48 home win over Green Valley.
Jeanette Fine scored a game-high 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, and Canyon Springs’ girls basketball team rolled to a 59-16 home win over Durango on Thursday night.
Coronado gutted out a 54-42 road victory over Rancho in the Sunrise Region quarterfinals on Tuesday night.
Las Vegas scored a 35-33 victory over rival Eldorado in Class 4A Sunrise Region play-in game on Monday night at Sunrise Mountain.
Ella Zanders had 13 points on Thursday as second-ranked Spring Valley defeated visiting Desert Oasis 64-50 to lock up the Southwest League girls basketball title.
