5 conventions coming soon to Las Vegas

Here are five conventions and shows to watch for in Las Vegas over the next two weeks.

Interbike, which kicked off Monday, is where the cycling industry gathers to learn industry trends, network and conduct business. The event features a two-day demo showcasing new technology, followed by a three-day show with seminars. The show will feature more than 750 companies and 1,400 brands.

Where: Mandalay Bay Convention Center

Attendance: 25,000 people

Pack Expo, North America’s biggest packaging event, will showcase industry cutting technology, including drone delivery. The show will feature more than 2,000 exhibitors from around the world and look at issues including supply chain visibility, security solutions and labeling. The show features a section dedicated to health care packaging.

G2E, the largest casino-entertainment event in the U.S., brings gaming executives and buyers together to play the newest products, learn the latest information and network. All major game makers such as Scientific Games, International Game Technology and Konami will be present. The show starts Oct. 3

Where: Sands Expo and Convention Center

Attendance: 26,000 people

Rodan + Fields Convention runs from Oct. 4-Oct 8 and caters to the company’s skincare consultants. The convention offers new product training, business seminars and networking events.

Where: MGM Grand

Attendance: 12,000 people

Pacific Coast Cutting Horse Futurity & Stakes runs Oct. 5-14. It is the largest Cutting Horse Event on the West Coast with a payout of over $900,000.

Where: South Point

Attendance: 2,400
