NLV house fire being investigated as arson
A blaze to a home in North Las Vegas that caused about $300,000 overnight Christmas was intentionally started, Fire Department investigators determined.
No one was inside the home at the time and no one was injured. Two-story house near the intersection of Centennial Parkway and North Lamb Boulevard was a total loss, according to the city Fire Department's Twitter account.
Crews were dispatched about 2 a.m. to a neighborhood on Little Blue Heron Avenue, the Fire Department said. The blaze is being investigated as arson.
More details were not immediately available Friday morning.
