Man, 48, killed in Interstate 15 crash outside Las Vegas

A 48-year-old man was killed early Tuesday in a crash near Primm, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol and the Clark County coroner’s office.

Mazin Al Jawhar was killed in the collision, which occurred at about 3:55 a.m., on the southbound Interstate 15 at mile marker 7, near Primm, troopers and the coroner’s office said.

The crash involved two sedans, the Highway Patrol said in an email. Another person was air-lifted to an area hospital.
