Man, 64, dies after being ejected from vehicle during crash

A 64-year-old man has died after a crash earlier this month in east Las Vegas, police said.

The crash happened around 11:40 p.m. on Nov. 2 at Harmon Avenue and McLeod Drive and involved a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe and a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero, the Metropolitan Police Department said in a press release.

The driver of the Oldsmobile was transported to to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. On Tuesday, the Clark County coroner’s office informed Metro that the man did not survive his injuries, police said.

It was the 139th traffic-related death in Metro’s jurisdiction in 2025.
