Metro makes 2 new arrests in southwest valley home invasion

Two more juveniles have been arrested in connection with a January home invasion and sexual assault in the southwest valley, according to Las Vegas police.
Police were called about 10 p.m. Jan. 19 to a home in the 9200 block of Weeping Hollow Avenue, south of the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and El Capitan Way, to investigate a report of a home invasion, robbery and sexual assault. Additional details were not immediately available.
Qumaire Rainey, 18; Edward London, 17; and Casey Franks, 16, were arrested the night of the attack and police will push for them to be charged as adults, according to a Metro news release.
All five suspected of being involved are in the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center, according to police.
Information on the identities and charges of the two most recently arrested was not released because of their ages.
