North Las Vegas police arrest suspect in burglaries

North Las Vegas police arrested a suspect in connection with several burglaries.
Adam Martinez, 22, was arrested Friday in the 1700 block of Hunkins Drive near East Lake Mead Boulevard.
“Martinez matched the suspect description that was given,” police said.
According to police, Martinez smashed the front glass door of a business with a large rock before the burglary.
“Martinez is believed to be responsible for multiple burglaries in North Las Vegas,” police said.
