Celine Dion adds 23 Las Vegas shows for 2016

It's not like anyone really questioned it, but yes: Celine Dion will be back next year for at least 23 more shows in the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday for scattered dates between Feb. 23 and June 4.
The superstar diva substantially revised her Las Vegas show when she returned in late August from a year's hiatus, a signal to fans that she was back in it for the long haul despite the failing health of husband Rene Angelil.
However, those obsessed with numerology noticed the first batch of return shows this year and in January matched up almost exactly to the 40 she owed Caesars and promoter AEG Live, after taking a leave of absence last year to devote her attention to Angelil's battle with throat cancer and stress-related issues with her own voice.
The new dates are Feb. 23-24, 26-27; March 1-2, 4-5, 8-9, 11-12; May 17-18, 20-21, 24, 27-28 and 31; June 1, 3-4.
