White Castle may have established a beachhead in Las Vegas (at the Best Western Plus Casino Royale on the Strip, in case you’ve been living in a cave), but it’s still likely to be one of the most popular attractions at the Great American Foodie Fest, Thursday through Sunday at the Rio, 3700 W.
