2 new Smashburgers to open in Southern Nevada

Two new Smashburgers are set to open soon in Nevada.

In a statement, the company said the Laughlin restaurant, a 112-seater at Harrah’s Laughlin, will open in April. In an email, spokeswoman Christine Ferris said it will be the first to have a full bar.

The Las Vegas site, a 68-seat restaurant at Rio, will open in June. The chain also has a restaurant at Caesars Palace. It, like the Laughlin restaurant, will offer a breakfast menu bigger than at other Smashburgers, Ferris said.

Each of the new restaurants will create 30 to 35 jobs, Ferris said.

In the statement, “Smashburger President Scott Crane said, “Providing casino visitors with great made-to-order burgers in a fast and efficient manner is exactly what we’re built for.”

Smashburger has a total of eight restaurants in the Las Vegas Valley.
