Banana brown-sugar pancakes

The restaurant's original buttermilk pancake is laced with fresh sliced banana, glazed with brown sugar and served with whipped butter and maple syrup, $8.99.
Spiced pumpkin pancakes

Pancakes with a pumpkin base are spiced with cinnamon and vanilla and served with maple syrup, $13, only at Sunday brunch.
