ARIZONA CHARLIE’S PLANS MARCH DINING SPECIALS

Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, 4575 Boulder Highway, plans to offer a St. Patrick’s Day special from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. March 17 in the Sourdough Cafe. It will feature corned beef and cabbage served with boiled red potatoes and creamy mustard sauce for $7.99 with an ace I PLAY card and $8.88 without a card.

A St. Patrick’s Day menu is planned for the Wild West Buffet, including Irish lamb stew, shepherd’s pie, bangers and mash, beer-battered cod, braised cabbage and special desserts. Lunch is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner is from 4 to 8 p.m. Red, green and orange card members pay $6.99 for lunch, blue members pay $8.39 and those without a card pay $9.32. Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, 740 S. Decatur Blvd., plans to offer the Triple Selection special from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday in Ron’s Steakhouse for $24.99 with a card and $27.77 without a card. It features entree choices of 6-ounce prime dry-aged filet mignon, 14-ounce prime rib, chicken piccata or rainbow trout.

A pot roast and pie special is $9.99 with a card and $11.10 without a card from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily at the Sourdough Cafe.

SOUTH POINT ANNOUNCES ST. PATRICK’S DAY DINING SPECIALS

The Coronado Cafe at the South Point, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer special menus for St. Patrick’s Day for $8.95 per person. The first menu features Guinness-marinated sirloin steak, eggs, boxty potato cakes and Irish soda bread and is available from 7 to 11 a.m. March 17. The second menu offers O’Flaherty’s split pea soup or a dinner salad, accompanied by corned beef and cabbage with broiled potatoes and carrots, and is available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Drink specials include $3 bottles of Guinness and $2 Bailey’s Irish cream shots with coffee from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

BELLAGIO ANNOUNCES CULINARY CLASSROOM LINEUP

Bellagio executive chef Edmund Wong plans to host the Executive Chef’s Culinary Classroom, a series of interactive, two-hour cooking classes through Nov. 10. Wong and his culinary team will share ideas and techniques as they guide guests through the steps to creating a three-course meal. Classes will be held in the resort’s demonstration kitchen, Tuscany Kitchen.

Southern California-based Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar plans to open its first location outside California in April at Downtown Summerlin, 1980 Festival Plaza Drive.
